Open Invitation for Investment Proposals To Develop and Maintain Integrated Community Facilities at Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam.
The Brunei Economic Development Board {BEDB) invites investment proposals from local and international developers to develop and maintain integrated community facilities in Kuala Belait. Brunei Darussalam.
The proposed facilities will be located on a 15 acre site located within a new development of 2000 houses built under the National Housing Scheme of Brunei Darussalam close to the towns of Seria and Kuala Belait where Brunei Darussalam's oil industry is centred.
The site for the proposed facilities will have a leasehold of up to 60 years.
The proposed development will include but will not be limited to:
*Weil designed community facilities comprising a community hall, markets, parks, children's' playgrounds and recreational public spaces to meet the needs of the 2000 families residing there.
*Commercial retail and office spaces to meet the needs of the residents as well as the community of Seria and Kuala Belait.
*Operation and maintenance of the proposed facilities and supporting infrastructure, Interested parties should be reputable local or international companies with the ability to invest in and finance the proposed development and with the relevant experience and capabilities in developing and maintaining community and commercial facilities.
Interested international companies are encouraged to establish partnership with reputable parties.
ブルネイ国ブライト河口（クアラ・ブライト）の総合コミュニティ施設開発・維持案への出資入札募集
ブルネイ経済開発委員会は、地元企業及び外国開発業者に、ブルネイ国ブライト河口に総合コミュニティ施設を開発及び維持案への出資を勧誘します。
施設案は、セリアの町とブルネイ石油産業施設が集積するブライト河口に近接する、ブルネイ国家住宅計画に基づいて建てられた２千戸住宅の新開発地域内に位置する15エーカーの場所です。
施設案の敷地は、最高60年の賃借権を設定します。
提案された開発は、以下の点を含みますが制限はしません。：
*公民館を含む優れた設計のコミュニティ施設、マーケット、公園、子供の遊び場、住民2000家族の要求を満たすレクリエーション用の公共スペース。
*セリアとクアラ・ブライトのコミュニティと同じく、住民の要求を満たす商業店舗と事務所空間。
*施設の運営維持とインフラ支援。
事業に関心を有する団体は、信用ある地元又は外国企業にして、開発案への投資及び出資能力を有し、関連した経験及びコミュニティ並びに商業施設の開発・維持能力をも備えていなければなりません。

Open Invitation for Proposals to Lease and Operate Youth Centre
Youth Development Resources (YDR) is a Public Private Partnership established by the BEDB to create business and employment opportunities for young people in Brunei Darussalam especially those from low income families.
YDR initiatives include a business micro grant scheme to help young people to start their businesses.
YDR proposes to develop a Youth Centre in Kg Jaya Bakti as a community hub for youth related activities such as education, sports, recreation and youth-centred retail businesses.
The Youth Centre will be developed for YDR by UEM Builders Bhd(UEMB) working with the BEDB as part of UEMB's corporate social responsibility program.
In this context, YDR invites proposals from Brunei based businesses to lease and operate the proposed Youth Centre.
Who should register?
Interested parties should be reputable local, international or joint venture companies with relevant experience and capabilities in operating commercial facilities.

青年センター（ユース・センター）の賃貸及び運営へ入札募集
青年開発資源（YDR）は、ブルネイ国内の低所得層出身の青年達へ、事業と雇用機会を創出するために、ブルネイ経済開発委員会によって設立された官民共同事業です。
YDRの主導は、青年の事業開始を支援する小規模事業助成計画を含んでいます。
YDRは、ジャヤ・バクティ村に、教育、スポーツ、レクリエーション及び若者向けの物品販売など青年関連活動のための地域共同拠点としてのユース・センターの開発を企画しています。
ユース・センターは、ブルネイ経済開発委員会と連携している、UEM建設株式会社（UEMB）の「企業の社会的責任プログラム」の一環として、同社が青年開発資源（YDR）のために開発されます。
これに関連して、YDRは、ブルネイに拠点のある企業に、提案されているユース・センターの賃貸及び運営に関する申込を勧誘します。
申込資格は？
関連した経験及び商業施設運営能力を有し、事業に関心を持つ地元企業及び外国企業並びに合弁企業。
